FJC's Jewish Education classes for children began in October 2002. This year, we  will have two classes in our Sunday Hebrew School, for children ages 6 through 15. Classes will be taught by our able administrator and lead teacher, Rose Jacob, with the assistance of parent volunteers. Parents can arrange tutoring for upcoming b'nai mitzvot privately with Rose. Sunday school classes begin this year on a date to be announced soon. We are also looking forward to offering adult education programs that will tap into the richness of experience within our community. A first step in that direction is a Jewish book club that meets approximately every 6 weeks and visits from an educational fellow from the Institute for Southern Jewish Life.
